Update by CB: 6/13/24 I no longer recommend these probiotics and have replaced the image above with the excellent African net sponges. The last batch of the probiotics made me extremely bloated for days and it did not stop until I discontinued them. I will not get these from Amazon again.

From CB: I recently reordered the New Rhythm probiotics we first mentioned a couple of years ago. I’ve been using them this whole time. They definitely seem to reduce cravings and improve my mood. When I forget to take them I notice a difference. (See update above: This latest batch was bad!) I also want to again recommend the African net bath sponges. My skin feels so soft and clean and these dry out faster with less bacteria buildup than typical mesh poufs, sea sponges or loofahs.
