As CB reported this morning, In Touch Weekly’s cover story this week is a f-cking epic tale of Jesse James allegedly cheating on his Oscar-winning wife Sandra Bullock (here for this morning’s post). Now, I only skimmed the first story because it was, after all, In Touch. Not known for reliability, in other words. But it’s starting to look like there’s something there. As LaineyGossip reports, the UK premiere of The Blind Side has just been cancelled. Because Sandra had to cancel, so they did away with the premiere. As of today. As of just a few hours ago. As in, Sandra got some horrible news. Here’s a little more from The Independent:
The UK premiere of The Blind Side has been scrapped after its Oscar-winning star Sandra Bullock pulled out of the event.
Organisers said the Hollywood star, who scooped the best actress Academy Award last week, is no longer able to travel to the UK for the glitzy bash.
The premiere had been due to take place next Tuesday at the Odeon West End in London. Bullock was scheduled to attend with her co-star, newcomer Quinton Aaron.
The movie is based on the true story of Michael Oher and his journey from virtual homelessness to becoming one of American football’s biggest stars. Bullock won the gong for her role as Leigh Anne Tuohy, a well-heeled mother who takes Michael under her wing.
Organisers said Warner Bros had taken the decision to cancel a planned press conference as well as the premiere. A Warner Bros spokeswoman said “unforeseen circumstances” had arisen and no further information was being given.
Organisers are still screening the film on Tuesday evening in Leicester Square and guests will still be able to use their tickets.

Sandra has no right for the kids. She is their step mum because she is married to their father who has those rights.
Once divorced, her rights vanish and will be transfered to the next wife.
It happened to halle Berry and Eric’s daughter. It was even worst cause that child was an orphan from her deceased mother. Halle went to Court and still didn’t got a single right.
The only way for her to keep those rights would have been to officially adopt those children which could have been possible for Halle with the consent of Eric Benet but not possible in this present case cause those children have a mother and it needed first for the mum to relinquish her rights and to give her consent for Sandra to adopt the children.
Sandra once and if she divirce her husband will divorce her husband and her step daughter in the same process.
She will lose that child who was never offivially her own.

The facts of the story don’t track even for the duration of a few paragraphs.

The truth is whenever you put your heart on the line for anybody whether it’s your lover, spouse, children, siblings, parents, or friends; there’s a 50/50 chance that you will be disappointed. I’d say it’s probably more about the negative publicity than the actual act(s) for a longterm couple who spend a lot of time apart. Despite SB’s squeaky image Ive never really seen either of these two as super-vanilla and it wouldnt surprise me to find out there was an ahem logistical arrangement.

Women should probably make integrity more of a priority than wealth, status or even confidence.

the only problem that I have with your argument is that it’s not only wealthy men of status that are duplicitous. It’s just that it gets worse the higher the income bracket. Even integrity is a game that can be played. I like what you had to say, however.
