Michelle Rodriguez chose 5 days of jail time instead of performing 240 hours of community service for her second DUI charge. I used to volunteer for an organization that recorded books for the blind. It was mostly kindly retired people, although there were some people there fulfilling their community service requirements. We read books in sound booths, edited the digital files, and ate a lot of cakes and cookies. It was not real work. Even road cleanup is preferable to jail time. Rodriguez is too arrogant for her own good.
