A new article in Life and Style claims that as Richie Sambora and Heather Locklear's high-profile divorce is close to reaching a settlement, Richie is having second thoughts and realizes how much he loves his wife of 11 years. He even sent a $500 pink and red rose bouquet to Heather.
“He’s realizing its ending and doesn’t want it to,” the insider tells L&S. “He’s still in love with her.”
So what do men in love an in trouble do at times like this? Send flowers - or in Richie's case - a lot of flowers. The report claims that on Aug. 10, the insider says Richie sent Heather a massive $500 bouquet of red and pink roses.
Wow. He must realize what he's missing with Heather. Sambora was said to be totally surprised to be served divorce papers this February and even denied to the press that he and Heather were split. Maybe he's not ready to let go.
If that's true, it's got to piss off his media-whore girlfriend, Denise Richards. Denise recently reached an amicable "interim" settlement with her ex, Charlie Sheen, who she famously skewered in the press on the eve of his children's clothing line launch. Denise didn't renew a restraining order against Sheen and according to their lawyers they're getting along.
Denise and Richie were said to be planning a wedding for early next year, and Denise was seen wearing what looked like an engagement ring. She followed Richie to Europe while he was touring with Bon Jovi and seemed really needy in the relationship. If this is true then he's obviously sick of her. Men don't usually like women who hang all over them.

Kate Moss and Pete Doherty are back together, at least for now. I haven't kept up with troubled Pete like I should, but he had a chemical implant put in his stomach to help him kick heroin and was said to have tried to go to rehab again for like the tenth time.
Whatever he's done, it worked well enough to help him get back together with the love of his life, waif supermodel Kate:
A source told the Daily Mirror: "They got out of the car and held hands as they walked to the VIP area - laughing and touching each other the whole time.
"They were acting like a couple of honeymooners.
"They were kissing passionately and didn't leave each other's side all night."
The pair apparently joined singer Jerry Lewis backstage afterwards.
Crack and heroin addict Pete has just come out of rehab and has had a new implant fitted.
He originally got together with Kate almost 18 months ago at her 31st birthday party but they split up late last year after Kate checked into rehab following cocaine allegations.
Kate has plenty of substance abuse problems on her own. While she may have kicked the hard stuff, she still knows how to drink like a fish. She royally pissed off her friend, Jade Jagger, by getting wasted and running up a nearly $10,000 hotel bill in Amsterdam. She stuck her surprised hosts, The Rolilng Stones, with the tab. She offered to pay after leaving the country, but the damage was already done.
Guess Kate and Pete kind of deserve each other.
Kate wasn't with Pete in these pictures taken at the wedding of Primal Scream star Bobbie Gillespie on 7/29. She seems to have brought a long-haired bearded guy as her date, or that might just be someone she's hanging out with at the party.

Jack Nicholson and a normal-looking Lara Flynn Boyle were photographed on holiday together in Saint Tropez.
The pair dated from 1999 to 2001. They went public with their relationship after they were involved in a car crash. Boyle was dating comedian David Spade at the time of the accident and was a passenger in Nicholson's Mercedes when it collided with another car in the Hollywood Hills in July 1999.
Now I had conveniently forgotten that Lara Flyn Boyle also dated David Spade, but Jack Nicholson was definitely a move up for her at the time.
Now that Pamela Anderson and Kid Rock also reunited in Saint Tropez - and are getting married - exes around the world are going to flock to the French Riveria to get back that certain spark that cheating and fighting put out the last time around.

Nicole Kidman had Keith Urban sign a prenup in preparation for their wedding this weekend that gives him a relatively paltry portion of Kidman's fortune. Kidman is said to be worth $150 million dollars, but she'll only surrender $600k a year to her groom-to-be if they get divorced. If he drinks a lot or does drugs, he gets nothing:
The agreement, signed in Los Angeles earlier this month, also calls for joint custody of any kids the couple has together, although Urban would be prohibited from taking them out of whatever country Kidman is living in, the London Daily Mail said.
Kidman, 39, will wear a long white gown with Victorian-style high collar during the traditional Roman Catholic ceremony at an old Gothic chapel overlooking the sea in the Sydney suburb of Manly - a far cry from her Scientology-based nuptials with Tom Cruise in 1990, a union that ended in annulment five years ago.
The 200 guests who'll party under a huge white tent after the wedding include her adopted kids with Cruise, Isabella, 13, and Connor, 11; Meryl Streep, Julianne Moore, Russell Crowe, Naomi Watts, Hugh Jackman and Lachlan and Sarah Murdoch. Flying in separately are Renée Zellweger and Kenny Chesney, whose marriage only lasted seven months but whom we hear are quietly seeing each other again....
Meanwhile, Nicole had her bachelorette party at her sister Antonia's home, and it was tamer than tame. Instead of male strippers and boozing, the girls each brought a favorite recipe to discuss.
The most interesting part of this article is the mention of Zellweger and Chesney's on-again relationship. If this is true, I would like to see pictures. Zellweger manages to avoid the paparrazi, and she was rumored to be seeing Chesney briefly after their high profile divorce. She deserves someone who will pay more attention to her, though, and if the rumors about Chesney are true it's possible they're just friends.
Kidman has taken smart precautionary measures for her wedding to an ex-drug addict, although it might actually last and we hope things work out for them.
Although Kidman's "hen party" wasn't too exciting, Naomi Watts was in town to party with her prior to the wedding, and it looks like they had a little bit to drink. Nicole Richie and DJ AM were first engaged in February, 2005, split up in December, 2005, and then reconciled at the end of February, 2006 and were said to be planning a July wedding.
Richie and AM split for the second time back in mid-May, with both of their reps confirming it. AM supposedly was fed up with Richie's deathly-thin look, leading him to dump the tiny socialite. She does look slightly better lately and has been keen to show it off by posing for the paparrazi in her bikini. This may be enough for AM, because he was spotted having lunch with her yesterday at Le Conversacion in Beverly Hills.
This couple is getting to be like Jude and Sienna and we're tired of them.

There's been a lot of talk about a Spice Girls reunion. Last we heard it wasn't happening because the most successful former Spice Girl, Melanie C aka "Sporty," was holding out since she actually has a music career and this could harm it. Now they're said to be releasing a new single and planning a tour:
The former girl group - Posh Spice Victoria Beckham, Ginger Spice Geri Halliwell, Sporty Spice Mel C, Scary Spice Mel B and Baby Spice Emma Bunton - have already recorded the track, named ‘Woman’.
They are reportedly releasing the song in July, to mark ten years since their debut, ‘Wannabe’, reached the number one spot in the UK.
The girls are also said to be planning a reunion tour - and may even release more new material if ‘Woman’ is a hit.
A source told Britain’s News of the World newspaper: "They are planning their tour but wanted a new song to mark their return. If it goes well they’ll look to release more material."
If that's true it's good news for new mom Geri Halliwell. She's been begging her friends for a place to stay in the countryside with her newborn, Bluebell Madonna. She says she can't afford her own house, but Hello! magazine reportedly paid her six figures for the first photoshoot with her newborn.
Update:: Reader Margarita points out that the single "Woman" is from 2000, meaning this news is old and not true. They were said to be talks for a reunion tour, but it was a no-go due to Sporty's reluctance to join the project.

Stavros Niarchos showed up drunk at Paris Hilton's house at 1:00 am on Monday morning begging her to take him back:
Around 2 am Paris finally let him in and the screaming continued. We are told they were so loud the fight could be heard outside the house. Stavros was heard hollering "Take me back!" and "I give you everything!!" Sources say during the fight Matt Leinart's name was brought up a few times.
We are also told Paris was overheard trying to calm down the rich Greek by saying "Take it easy" and "Go home and get some sleep."
During the night, a cab came and went three times, but each time left without the shipping heir. Finally, around 8 in the morning, Stavros got in a cab and headed out.
The plot thickens as Paris and Stavros were seen out Wednesday night together and sources tell us the two wound up spending the night at her house, leaving us to wonder are they apart... or not?
Paris was at Matt Leinart's draft party on Tuesday so that means she was with her new guy one night, and her old one the next.
Matt Leinart may be hot but he's not as rich as Stavros. Stavros inherited $275 million on his 21st birthday this month, while Leinart's contract with the Arizona Cardinals is said to be worth around $12 million. He also has a new endorsement deal with Nike, so it's not like he will be suffering.
Paris is playing the field wisely.

Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey may be ready for a reconciliation. Mike Walker of the National Enquirer reports that they have been meeting up secretly at out-of-the-way hotels in the San Fernando Valley:
Gossip king Mike Walker... writes that the pair are meeting at discreet hotels in the Valley and.. that Jessica reportedly dished to a source:
"We still have our problems, but we're still very attached to each other." She continued, according to the source by adding "We still have the need for love and affection."
Walker bets that they'lll reconcile, and it looks that way to us, too! In his Rolling Stone interview, Lachey admitted that he's still very much in love with Simpson. Simpson has also been spotted wearing her wedding ring around her neck to remind her of happier times. Let's hope that Simpson has realized what she's been missing and that she'll grow up enough to weather the storms that come up in every long term relationship.
Meanwhile Lachey has blasted reports that Lindsay Lohan intends to get in his pants, saying he doesn't consider her worthy, and doesn't know anyone else who does, either!

Eminem is having a rough month. His second marriage to Kim Mathers broke up admit allegations of his drug abuse, his best friend the rapper Proof was shot and killed, and his mother is dying of stage four breast canncer. Eminem 
must have learned something from tragedy, because he's decided to put aside the long-standing feud with his mom and has spoken to her for the first time in years. He's even paid some of her massive medical bills:
However, now that Nelson has terminal cancer, Eminem is desperate to help. A source told The Sun: “The nightmare Debbie has been going through with her cancer has put everything into perspective.
“She is very weak and knows the prognosis is bleak. She is desperate to build bridges with her son and put things right before its too late.
“He has started helping her financially with her medical bills. They’ve spoken a few times on the phone and she desperately hopes he will visit her.”
It's nice that Eminem is making an effort, but what the hell is wrong with him that he hasn't visited his mom in the hospital?
Meanwhile 50 Cent says that Eminem is going to be ok and that hip hop reflects the state of violence in African-American culture and is not the cause:
The rapper insists that the sometimes violent lyrics in hip-hop music did not play a role in Proof's murder. He adds, "I think that the violence that happened to Proof and the violence that's happening across America right now has nothing to do with hip-hop. It has something to do with the people - the state of them - and the music doesn't alter that."
Maybe Eminem will actually see his mom before she dies. It might help him realize how important family and friends are, and how you shouldn't hold a grudge.

Charlize Theron, 30, was photographed getting all kissy-face with her boyfriend of five years, Irish actor Stuart Townsend, 33, at the Lakers game on Friday. They look incredibly happy and in love, and Charlize was seen with what looks like an engagement ring on her left ring finger.
The couple had some relationship trouble in March, but seemed to have patched it up. Here's the recap:
I think I know what happened, because it's a tried and true female relationship strategy. When a guy won't commit, you act like you want the same thing. Then you break it off from him, and he comes running back.
It seems to be popular to try to announce your engagement to the public by showing up at a Lakers game with a ring. Cameron Diaz was seen with a ring on her engagement finger at a Lakers game with Justin Timberlake on April 10th, although the press doesn't seem to have picked up on the news yet.
We're calling this an exclusive because we spotted the ring in the pics, and no one seemed to notice it on Oh No They Didn't! where we found the pictures. Other blogs that have posted the pics don't mention it.
Nick came off so thoughtful and was quite flattering to Jessica in his interview with Rolling Stone. The fact that he refused to dish any dirt on Jessica and her crazy family led Rolling Stone to double-cross Nick and sell the story without his permission to Us Weekly.

Mischa and Cisco supposedly broke up because Mischa got upset when Cisco told her that she was partying too much with Nicole Richie. Mischa and Nicole are still hanging out, but she may have curbed her clubbing in favor of tending to her new dog.

At the beginning of the month Sienna Miller was said to be dating Jamie Dornan, Keira Knightly's ex. A week or so later Jude Law flew to NY to be with Sienna, and Jamie Dornan was supposedly with Lindsay Lohan. Sienna then had a Mexican vacation with hot model Nico Malleville like a day or two after she reunited with Jude. We haven't even mentioned Sienna's relationship with her Factory Girl costar Hayden Christensen, who she was dating at the end of January.
This is like the third or fourth reconciliation for Jude and Sienna, and it's pretty hard to keep up.
Anyway Jude just had a vacation in California with his ex and three kids, during which he accused a photographer of pedophilia for taking pictures of his children. And Sienna has struck out at the paparazzi several times herself, so it's not surprising to see both stars looking mighty grumpy in these candids of them out with Jude's kids and older nanny. They all went to see Ice Age 2 and had to get a police escort to stave off photographers:
Thirty three year old British heart throb, Jude Law, got divorced from his wife, Sadie Frost in October 2003, ending their six year old marriage. Together they have three children.
Jude Law got engaged to actress Sienna Miller on Christmas day in 2004. They met when they made the movie Alfie (2004) together. In July 2005 Jude publicly apologized for cheating on Miller with nanny Daisy Wright which made Sienna end her seven month engagement to Law. But they have since reconciled.

Nicole Richie is redesigning the engagement ring given to her by DJ AM in February, 2005 for their first engagement. The couple broke up in December, 2005, and reconciled six weeks ago. Richie will save AM money by using the stone from her original ring in a new setting. Apparently she's "superstitious," but we just think she's pushing AM into another engagement and doesn't want to wait for him to get her a new ring:
According to an insider, the 24-year-old would have donned her old ring if she wasn't so superstitious about jinxing the romance with a ring she cast aside when they split. Magazine In Touch claims Richie recently met with jewelery designer Nancy Davis, who designed her first ring, about creating a new design.
A source says, "She wants a ring that doesn't hold any memories of the break-up."
Meanwhile, Richie is already telling her pals that she and Goldstein are "unofficially engaged," according to Life & Style magazine, and they plan to marry later this year.
"Unoffically engaged" is like being a "little bit pregnant" - it doesn't exist except in the minds of people who really want to make it happen.

Jude and Sienna are said to be together yet again. They are probably just seeking each other out since they're both free. Jude was back with his ex wife Sadie Frost according to our active imagination, and Sienna was supposedly romancing Keira Knightly's ex, British actor Jamie Dornan. Those relationships must not have worked out since no one will put up with either of these sloppy actors, so they're running back to each other.
Britian's The Mirror reports that Law flew to NY to be by Sienna's side on Wednesday, and returned to London's Heathrow on Saturday. (Maybe he just couldn't resist her new ratty hair.)
Jude flew out on Wednesday after 24-year-old Sienna persuaded him to visit her in the Big Apple where she's working on her new film, Interview.
It follows their meeting last Saturday when the couple - who called it a day after revelations of Jude's affair with his children's nanny, Daisy Wright, were later reconciled, but split up again began patching things up over dinner.
A source close to the pair tells us that Sienna and Jude enjoyed a secret date in a Central London restaurant last weekend while their pals - including film producer Bradley Adams - tried to play Cupid.
"Sienna would be up for a reconciliation with Jude but knows it is not going to be easy," reveals our insider.
Jude is supposed to be in Malibu soon for a pre-planned vacation with his ex-wife and three children. This can only enrage Sienna, who accused Jude of "playing house" with his wife the last time they split. Maybe she'll hold her tongue for a week or so until the next round of fighting begins.
In related news, Sienna needs to lay off the drinking while she's out at the Oscar parties. She must not have read the NY Times article about proper Oscar party etiquette, because she's been blasted for her stupid, drunken behavior, and there are pictures supposedly:
The images, which will be published in the May issue of Vanity Fair, show Miller cavorting drunkenly with bit-part actress Tara Summers, having her foot nibbled by her pal and hitching up her dress while waving her bare legs in the air.
Far from being impressed by her antics, the guests, mainly studio executives and producers, collectively cringed at Miller's embarrassing faux-pas--planting a question mark over her fledgling Hollywood career.
We can't wait to see those pictures! Maybe they'll help law think with his head instead of his tiny peter.

Uma Thurman may be back together with her ex, hotelier Andre Balazs. Thurman confirmed her split from Balazs in early March after a two year relationship. The couple was photographed on St. Barts recently, suggesting that they're back together:
This explains the Gawker Stalker sighting of the two together in the early morning a week after their split. Maybe Thurman just wanted some alone time, but wasn't ready to break up yet.

Heather Locklear and Richie Sambora went to their 8 year-old daughter's softball game after he broke his arm in what was probably a drunken fall at home. Witnesses spotted Sambora giving Locklear a kiss and said that she touched his butt:
The signs suggested things aren't quite as bad as they seem - Sambora filed papers in Los Angeles Superior Court earlier this month, seeking joint custody of his daughter. He is also seeking to enforce their premarital agreement, signed the day before he wed the actress in 1994. Both stars cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split.
Heather Locklear, 44, filed for divorce from Richie Sambora, 46, in February after 11 years of marriage. Locklear found an e-mail that a woman sent to Sambora containing nude pictures of herself, which Sambora claims was unsolicited. Sambora was completely blindsided and denied the divorce was true, even after Locklear had filed the papers.
As for their latest meeting, Locklear's publicist says that the divorce is still on and that they were at the game to support their daughter.
It seems like Sambora's injury is paying off and he's getting some pity love from his estranged wife. She's rather hardcore about the divorce and seems like she's going to go through with it, though. We'll have to wait and see.

So after AM partied it up at the Winter Music Festival in Miami, he headed down to Mexico to enjoy some alone time with Nicole Richie. The two were spotted smooching and hanging out on the beach.
Nicole Richie is set to write a style guide that will rival the newly announced "Fashion Bible" by illiterate Victoria Beckham.
Richie is said to be considering the boring title "Nicole Richie Style" and the content is predictable:

Charlize Theron and Stuart Townsend were spotted leaving celebrity getaway Chateau Marmont in Hollywood three days ago, belying rumors that they've split.
Charlize has been without her steady partner lately, leading people to speculate that they've split. She went on tour to promote the Japanese release of Aeon Flux right after the Oscars. She also was spotted solo at the SXSW film festival in mid March.
Charlize was said to want time off from the relationship to concentrate on her busy career.
From these latest photos, It looks like the couple is trying to make it work.
People on the JJB bulletin board where we found the pictures have said that Theron look pregnant. We think she's just wearing a tight top and that these are unflattering pictures.

The NY Daily News reports that Scarlet Johansson and Josh Hartnett had a relaxing couples' massage at a spa in NY where they both live:
This conflicts a report from a week ago that Josh and Scarlet have split up.
Scarlet just bought a nearly $2 million condo in Tribeca, which suggests that she's ready to move out of the apartment she shared with Josh in the same area.
In a video aired on TMZ, Hartnett hints that he's having trouble with Scarlet when prompted by the interviewer, and admits that he works on his relationships:
It seems like Scarlet and Josh are working on it, and we wish them the best.

George Clooney, 44, and his ex Krista Allen, 34, have been dating for almost a month. In Clooney's book that's a few years and he's sure to be moving on soon. We reported on March 7th that Clooney had an intimate date with Allen the night before the Oscars.
Clooney is said to have broken Teri Hatcher's foolish heart last month, prompting her tell-all confessional to Vanity Fair magazine.
On Saturday Clooney and Allen were photographed entering a restaurant together, but quickly separated in order to foil the paparrazi.

Poorly endowed British actor Jude Law turned down a blonde at a party, leading The Sunday Mirror to speculate that he's sworn off women:
He was heard saying: "It's nice to meet you. But I am with my friends tonight."
Cad Jude Law isn't going through some self-imposed vow of celibacy - he was with his ex, Sadie Frost, that night. The Mirror, in an article we just covered about Kate Moss' partying, said that Law was out with Frost on Thursday and was careful not to be photographed with her:
"Sadie and Jude took great care not to be snapped together," our mole reveals.
Sadie, 40, and Jude, 33, were married for six years, and divorced in the fall of 2003. They have three children together, Rafferty, 8, Iris, 5 and Rudy, 3. Jude split with actress Sienna Miller, 24, in January of this year after an on-again off-again relationship during which he admitted cheating on Miller with his children's nany.
If Jude is being careful not to be seen with other women, there has to be reason. One usually doesn't worry about those sort of things on a casual night out with an ex. Indeed, Miller accused Law of leaving her for his ex back in January:
Law, on-again and off-again with Miller over the past year, has apparently grown closer to Frost in recent months, after they embarked on an African safari adventure in Tanzania together with their children just before Christmas.
It looks like Jude hasn't sworn off women at all.

The Mirror reports that Kate Moss partied for nearly 24 hours, first heading out with designer Stella McCartney to see Jack White's new band in London on Thursday night. Later that night she met up with divorced couple Jude Law and Sadie Frost and went to a bar. Kate downed quite a few and teased the paparrazi waiting outside for her. She and Sadie then headed to a party held at artist Jake Chapman's house. Sadie left at 4am, but Kate sent her driver home and didn't leave until Saturday!
One of the reasons Kate went missing can be found in a report by News of the World, which says that Kate and her ex, Pete Doherty spent the night together at a mutual friend's house "after Moss enjoyed a night of wild partying on Thursday":
It sounds like Kate either met Pete at the party, or called him and asked him to meet her there. Regardless of how they met up, they have been rumored to be back together for about two weeks. Moss and Doherty are even supposed to have a "secret date" to a comedy theater show this week, but it looks like they couldn't wait until then to see each other.
Doherty recently made headlines with a karate kick to a BBC reporter's arm outside of a court appearance for drug possession.

Paris Hilton likes to kill time with vanity as seen in this video of Hilton at fashion week in LA taking her own picture over and over again. It's rather boring and mildly sickening.
Hilton has been seen out twice with Stavros Niarchos in the past few days, belying rumors that the couple has split. We think Hilton just needs men around constantly to satisfy her vanity.

"Maybe because of that, they haven't really moved on from each other so it's got to the point where they both feel maybe they should be together.
"They enjoy the same things and are under the same pressures from their work so they might just make it work after all."
This is a pretty speculative quote and the "pal" doesn't sound so sure about it. It's cute that Kristin and Jake both feel responsible for the pooches. Unlike Sienna Miller, they both must love their pets and take the time needed to care for them. Hillary Swank and Chad Lowe were said to have reunited because of their pets, but their relationship does not seem to have lasted judging from pictures of Swank hiding while out with another man. We don't think two dogs are enough to bring Kirsten and Jake back together, either.
